Job duties
- Know how to set up a conventional paint pot
- Experience with air assisted and airless paint systems
- Mix kits of paint
- Understand how to paint complex structures
- Work on solo projects and as part of a team
- Understand WFT gauges and use them
- Experience with the most common industrial coatings
- Consistently hit mils while painting
On-the-job training offered
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to perform basic math
- Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
- Physically able to perform assigned tasks
- Able to lift 40 pounds at a time
- Comfortable working from heights

- Must have reliable transportation
