Responsibilities

• Completes duties in a safe and timely manner in accordance with quality standards and engineering specifications.
• Adequately adheres to safety inspections.
• Has in-depth knowledge of all systems & procedures throughout wipe down and paint processes.
• Takes inventory and replenishes paint supplies.
• Trains new employees.
• Uses computer to verify schedules and check inventory availability.
• Communicates effectively with management and co-workers to achieve department and company goals.
• Captures area activities with other departments.

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand up to 95 percent of work shift hours.
• Work in conditions below 32 degrees or above 90 degrees on occasion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months industry experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Painting and safety training completion.
