About the role

CertaPro Painters® is seeking a Painter Supervisor for local work within Sonoma County and the Santa Rosa areas. The ideal candidate should have previous professional painting experience, including residential and commercial settings, and a strong background in drywall repair, carpentry, and commercial painting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of painters in completing projects in a timely and professional manner, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
• Handle physical tasks while prioritizing safety above all.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support each other's success.
• Meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional painting experience, including residential and commercial settings.
• Experience working at various heights and in different spaces, adhering to safety protocols.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and skilled in effective communication and customer service.

Pay

Starting wage is $30-$39 per hour, depending on experience, skill level, and productivity.
