Responsibilities
- Create job tasks and directly supervise field crews.
- Monitor daily construction procedures for quality control.
- Aid with daily logs and quality control inspections using Procore.
- Aid and/or manage weekly safety meetings.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction documents, and details.
- Motivate workers to work efficiently while maintaining a sense of camaraderie.
- Responsible for the inventory of SWB tools, ensuring they are properly maintained and in good working order for crews.
- Receive and store materials delivered to the job site; verify accuracy and inspect for broken or damaged goods.
- Create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Understand and provide ongoing input on the project schedule and in-house and subcontractor productivity.
- Assist with third-party inspections.
- Assist with opening job sites in the morning and securing job sites in the evening.
- Assist with carpentry tasks as needed.
- Assist with the initial punch list.

- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
- Analyzes problems and makes decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risk implications, and costs.
Certificates & Licenses
- Current First Aid/CPR certificate
Education and Experience
- A High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- Minimum 5 years Field construction experience.

Job Conditions
- The position will, at times, require heavy lifting (of at least 50 lbs) and the use of heavy equipment.
- The position will require 8 hours a day of walking, standing, climbing, squatting, kneeling, crawling, and stretching; to include pulling, pushing, and lifting of construction materials and equipment.
- Work may be inside or outside, depending on work schedule. You must be able to work in either environment and be prepared for inclement weather.
