Job Responsibilities
- Patches holes and sands wall & ceiling surfaces for finishes, including level 4-5 finishes.
- Moves furniture and removes/install wall hangings.
- Paints interior and exterior surfaces or applies other coatings (stains, etc.).
- Protects work areas and sets up containment measures to comply with infection prevention.
- Removes and installs commercial wall coverings (wallpaper).
- Installs and replaces panes of glass in doors.
- Performs disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with all regulations.
Qualifications
- 3 years commercial painting experience, including working with lead paint.
- Valid Lead paint certification.
- Ability to read and speak English.
- Experience working above ground level on scaffolding and ladders.
- Familiarity with spraying applications.
- Compliance with all OSHA regulations.
