About the role

We are seeking an experienced Painter - Automated Systems to join our team in Kernersville, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated painting systems and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated painting systems to ensure high-quality finishes on products.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Adjust and calibrate painting equipment as needed to meet production standards.
• Document work processes and results for quality control purposes.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automated painting systems.
• Proficiency in using CAD software and other relevant tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various types of paint and their applications.
• Experience with robotic painting systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Understanding of industrial automation principles.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
