Responsibilities
- Prepare: Sand, caulk, patch, and fill holes for a perfect finish.
- Protect: Set up sites by protecting floors and furniture with drop cloths and tape.
- Paint: Learn professional brush, roller, and spray techniques under expert guidance.
- Maintain: Ensure a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
Requirements
- Reliability: Show up on time, ready to work every day.
- Attitude: Eager to learn, takes direction well, and keeps a positive vibe.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable on ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-Oriented: Cares about quality and doing it right.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and pass a background check/drug screen.
