Painter/Anodize I - Flexline Painter (3rd Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting through sanding and masking.
• Apply paint using standard tools such as spray guns, brushes, and rollers.
• Ensure finished products meet basic quality standards.
• Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
• Develop foundational skills in industrial painting.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use and accurately read measuring devices (tape measures).
• Ability to use hand tools (hammer, wrench, level, etc.).
• Ability to follow blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Basic computer proficiency (data entry).
