Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting through sanding and masking.
- Apply paint using standard tools such as spray guns, brushes, and rollers.
- Ensure finished products meet basic quality standards.
- Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
- Develop foundational skills in industrial painting.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to use and accurately read measuring devices (tape measures).
- Ability to use hand tools (hammer, wrench, level, etc.).
- Ability to follow blueprints.
- Ability to read and interpret Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Basic computer proficiency (data entry).
