About the role
Our Lindum BMS (Building Maintenance Services) division specializes in new build and refurbishment construction projects up to £2m, as well as planned and reactive minor works and maintenance jobs in the Lincoln area and surrounding regions. An opportunity has arisen for a Painter and Decorator to join our small team working on a range of projects from minor decorations to new build housing sites.
Responsibilities
- Undertake domestic and commercial painting and decorating tasks
- Apply spray finishes and wallpaper as required
- Work on new build housing sites and existing properties
- Collaborate with other trades and maintain good interpersonal skills
- Travel to sites within the Lincoln area and surrounding regions
Requirements
- Qualified with a Level 2 qualification in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent recognized qualification)
- Previous experience in domestic and commercial jobs
- Full driving license essential

- Level 2 qualification in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent recognized qualification)

Pay

- Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
