Painter - AIC Powder 2nd Shift

About the role

The role is responsible for providing quality assurance and leadership within the AIC Powder facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of quality technicians to ensure consistent product quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans based on feedback and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Quality Assurance, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality control or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC)
• Knowledge of quality tools such as Pareto charts, flowcharts, and cause-and-effect diagrams.

Skills

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Pay

$18.50 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
