Painter (Powder & Sandblaster) - 2nd Shift

Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, with overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sandblast, prime, or powder-coat trailers.
• Operate electrostatic air sprayers, hand sprayers, and surface-preparation equipment.
• Prepare trailer surfaces for painting.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Work as a team, follow orders, and complete tasks assigned by the paint lead.
• Maintain and clean all equipment and paint booths.
• Work while wearing a respirator.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Experience painting in a production environment.
• Experience with electrostatic air sprayers or other hand sprayers.
• Experience with powder coating and/or sandblasting.
• Ability to stand for 10 hours.
• Ability to work in a paint suit and respirator.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.
