About the Role
Arizona Grand Resort & Spa is seeking a detail-oriented painting professional to join our team in a luxurious resort setting. This is a safety-sensitive position involving the operation, repair, or maintenance of equipment, machinery, or power tools, as well as tasks that could impact the safety or health of the employee or others.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest requests and challenges, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the resort.
- Collaborate with other departments to perform needed repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed records to ensure preventative maintenance is completed efficiently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in all aspects of the painting trade.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated expertise in drywall repairs, texture application, and a variety of painting techniques.
- Adept at using a range of tools, both hand and power, to achieve flawless results.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects, as well as work at heights up to 30 feet.
