About the role

AriensCo is seeking a self-starting, motivated Painter to join our team in Fayetteville, TN.

Starting wage: $18 an hour
Schedule: 4-day work week (Mon.–Thur., 4:30 AM–3:00 PM) with occasional Fridays

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of machines and tools
• Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
• Work as part of a team painting outdoor power equipment
• Paint parts in accordance with specifications
• Handle raw materials and/or parts, placing them in designated locations
• Operate equipment needed to perform the job
• Strict adherence to standard work
• Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals
• Complete operator preventative maintenance on equipment
• Problem-solve effectively and communicate clearly

Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day
• Must be able to use hands to position parts
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Desire for personal development and growth
• Must complete respirator questionnaire
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
