Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise pavement marking projects from start to finish
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
- Schedule and delegate daily tasks to crew members effectively
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, materials, and equipment used
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet deadlines
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols
Requirements
- Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of pavement marking techniques and materials
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- At least 3 or more years' experience as a field foreman
