Paint Technician I (7th Shift)
About the role
As a Paint Technician I, you will join a dynamic team supporting the Mercury Marine values of Integrity, Customer Centricity, Product & Service Leadership, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement through the production of high quality inboard and outboard marine engines.
Responsibilities
- Perform operations to prepare parts for painting such as sorting, sanding, masking, and hanging
- Sort parts subsequent to paint and perform salvage-type operations such as sanding and finesse
- Perform inspection common to the classification at required intervals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and 5S standards
- Ensure quality and quantity of products with the completion of all tasks
- Responsible for equipment, including tools and the product
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Pay
The hiring rate for this position is $26.26 per hour.
