Paint Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and surfaces for painting and finishing
• Apply coatings and finishes to meet company quality standards
• Inspect completed products for consistency and appearance
• Maintain production, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous painting, coating, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
