Paint Technician

Surface Preparation & Restoration

Wash, scrape, sand, torch, and smooth interior and exterior surfaces, equipment, and furniture prior to finishing.

Coating Application & Color Matching:

• Expertly apply paint, stains, varnish, lacquer, and protective coats to structural surfaces.
• Accurately match and tint products for seamless maintenance.

Equipment & Safety Maintenance:

• Clean, maintain, and safely store tools and supplies.
• Keep work areas clean and adhere strictly to disposal policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

• 3 years Maintenance Technician
• 3 years Painting experience
