What You Will Do

  • Online robot programming.
  • Sealer, UBC, and Dampening.
  • Run trials and adjust parameters.
  • Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards.
  • Off line robot programming.
  • Use simulation software to create robot programs, perform reach studies and cycle time analysis.
  • Evaluate Quality.
  • Use elco-meters, wave-scan and X-Rite.
  • Create Hand Over Documents.
  • Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC’s.
  • Effective communications. Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word.

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects.
  • Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements, or cost reductions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications.
  • PLC Programming (Toyopuc, Allen Bradley, Omron,…etc.).
  • Experience with Digital Engineering (Catia, Delmia, Solidworks, Inventor).
  • Additional related certifications.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
