Paint & Powder Coat Operator

RIE Coatings is seeking a dependable Paint & Powder Coat Operator to join our production team. You'll prepare, paint, and powder coat various parts while ensuring they meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts by cleaning, masking, sanding, and racking
• Apply liquid paint and powder coat using spray equipment
• Operate curing ovens and inspect finished parts for quality
• Mix paints and powders according to specifications
• Perform touch-ups as needed
• Maintain equipment and a clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Complete production paperwork accurately

Requirements

• Reliable and dependable
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Read, write, and understand written instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Manufacturing or paint experience is a plus, but not required

Pay

Starting at $17/hour, open to a higher starting rate for someone with experience

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
