Schedule
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay
Starting pay: $20.22 + $2.00 shift differential = $22.22 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform welding duties and responsibilities on a variety of outdoor power equipment.
- Operate switches and dials to start flow current, activate conveyor, and paint spraying equipment.
- Adjust valves and observe gauges to set pressure and control paint flow to each spray station.
- Readjust pressure valves to control direction and pattern of spray, correcting flaws in coating.
- Clean paint from booth ceilings, walls, conveyor hooks, grids, disks, cones, spray heads, and hoses.
- Perform other housekeeping duties as required.
- Conduct visual quality checks of parts going through paint booths.
- Maintain respirators according to Exmark's respiratory program.
- Perform periodic maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with 5S standards.
- Continuously improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
- Assist occasionally with loading or unloading parts.
- Identify and apply Lean methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improved.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

- Some technical knowledge and ability to follow standard work and procedures.
