Responsibilities
- Load weldments onto the paint line according to established hang patterns.
- Unload painted parts, inspect for quality, and remove masking materials and plugs.
- Stage, organize, wrap, box, and prepare finished parts for the next step in production.
- Inspect parts throughout the process to identify quality concerns and document reorders when needed.
- Perform Oracle inventory transactions and complete required production paperwork.
- Maintain hooks, racks, and other production materials to keep the paint line operating efficiently.
- Safely operate hoists and other material-handling equipment.
- Report equipment issues, supply needs, and quality concerns to the Supervisor or Lead.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting other production activities as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements
- The ability to safely perform the essential functions of the job, including: lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, push and pull materials weighing up to 25 pounds, stand, walk, bend, twist, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- The ability to safely operate hoists, sanders, grinders, and other production equipment.

Pay
The base wage for this position is between $20.00 - $22.75 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. Overtime eligibility kicks in on hour 37 of a three-day workweek.
Schedule
This full-time position is available on a weekend shift (Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM).
