Responsibilities

• Load parts densely while keeping up with the line speed.
• Load parts so they do not hold water.
• Rotate to different positions when needed.
• Able to communicate with team members.
• Use the labels to identify what part the color is.
• Understands the QCDSM boards and contributes to continuous improvement activities in the department.

Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to take direction.
• Function in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to differentiate parts of different colors.
• High School Degree or GED preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to read prints.
• Flexible in their work schedule and able to work 10 hours a day for a 4-6 month period.
• Takes ownership and prides themselves in delivering a high-quality product.
• Must maintain a dependable and reliable work schedule.

Pay

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.
