Overview Of Position Detail all parts in the Paint Shop. Essential Job Functions Mask or unmask and clean parts for the Paint Shop.Detail all parts going and coming from Paint Shop.Identify either by stamping or using a video jet and log the parts.Make sure that the part has a final inspection.Wrap parts per planning MID getting ready for shipping or storage.Make labels placed on the wrapped parts to ID them.Silkscreen parts when required along with mixing inks, etc.Some assembly after unmasking the parts. SKILLS EXPERIENCE EDUCATION:Possess basic knowledge of measuring instruments.Possess basic knowledge of bonding and riveting.Ability to read and work with MIDs and blueprints.Possess a working knowledge of a computer.Ability to lift 50 pounds.Must be safety oriented and follow all safety and plant rules and regulations.Use personal protective equipment and other safeguards as required.
