Paint Booth Operator

Job Details
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
- Inspect fabricated components prior to painting
- Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment
- Mix paints and coatings to proper specifications
- Measure and verify coating thickness
- Perform touch-ups and quality inspections
- Maintain paint booth equipment and work areas
- Clock in/out system
- Coordinate with production teams to meet delivery schedules
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards
- Assist with assembly activities when needed
Qualifications
- Previous industrial painting experience preferred
- Experience with spray equipment and industrial coatings preferred
- Ability to read work instructions and specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to quality and safety
- High school diploma or GED
Schedule
Monday-Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
