Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory levels are sufficient to support the production of all assembly lines.
• Identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to improve productivity, quality, and employee engagement.
• Understand key performance indicators that support continued business growth.
• Maintain high levels of 5S in all production departments.
• Support the management and direction of all production parts and quality activity to ensure a safe work environment.
• Create and execute a culture of continuous improvement.
• Assist with developing and implementing production tracking and quality control systems; analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports to detect production problems.
• Set and monitor product standards and examine samples of product parts during testing and processing.
• Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance.
• Align the Innovation team to forecast and reduce labor expenses; forecast, track, and escalate as necessary.
• Lead and develop a high-performance team.
• Increase employee satisfaction and strengthen employee culture through people-oriented management, ensuring equality for all employees.
• Train and coach teams in the Jeong-Do Management Principles.
• Conduct employee evaluations to ensure each employee has a development plan, is challenged, and is motivated to continue professional growth.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual team targets.
• Establish and promote a safe working environment; monitor compliance activities to support the safety program.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of previous management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Technical ability with problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to use strong skills in analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating problems.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with metal stamps, injection mold, and paint systems preferred.
• Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, including machine capabilities and efficiencies.
