About the role
This position involves providing direct patient‑care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role promotes patient‑ and family‑centered care, educates patients on managing their illness, participates in safety and regulatory activities, develops and documents personalized care plans, and assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. It requires critical nursing skills, cultural sensitivity, and effective communication across care teams. As a safety‑sensitive position, it demands alertness and safe work practices.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
- Licensure: Active RN license.
- Experience: No prior experience required; preferred 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Schedule
The role starts as PRN with potential to transition to full‑time, approximately 15 hours per week, primarily Tuesday through Friday.
