Pain Fellowship Program Director/Interventional Pain Physician
About the role
The successful candidate will lead the ACGME-accredited fellowship program in Interventional Pain Medicine at Ochsner Health Center - Elmwood and Ochsner Medical Complex – Clearview. They will provide interventional and comprehensive care in both the outpatient and perioperative settings, and be committed to teaching, mentorship, and research.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive interventional pain management services
- Teach and mentor fellows and residents
- Contribute to research and academic activities
- Collaborate with academic institutions
- Manage administrative responsibilities related to the fellowship program
Requirements
Preferred candidates must be fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Management and Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Strong interest in chronic pain management is required.

Candidates should have a strong academic background, demonstrated leadership skills, and a commitment to patient care and education.
