Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
• Collect and document data accurately
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Work across home, school, and clinic settings

Requirements

Schedule

In Harbor City, CA, afternoon shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 06:00 PM. Although this is an entry‑level role, it requires initiative, consistency, and comfort with learning new systems. It’s a position where your dedication truly makes a difference.
