Your Role as a Behavioral Therapist (School-Based)
- Provide direct 1:1 intervention with students with autism
- Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
- Manage challenging behaviors safely and professionally
- Stay calm, engaged, and supportive during difficult moments
- Collect and document data accurately
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and families
- Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
- Work in school classrooms, homes, and/or clinic settings
What We’re Looking For

- Motivation and willingness to learn
- Reliability and strong follow-through
- Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
- Prior ABA experience (preferred, not required)
- Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
- Reliable transportation
Schedule Requirement
Available shifts are Monday- Friday and WEEKENDS OFF!
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:40 PM
