About the role

A paid therapist internship designed to prepare second-year therapy graduate students for independent practice through direct client care, specialized training, and professional mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Build independence with your own caseload under supervision
• Learn advanced techniques such as trauma-informed care, group therapy facilitation, and more
• Participate in weekly supervision sessions with licensed clinicians
• Engage in case consultations, professional workshops, and cross-disciplinary collaboration

Requirements

• Must be eligible for a second year therapy internship

Compensation & Perks

• $15/hour – paid clinical experience
• Travel Stipend: $500/month for interns traveling more than 90 miles one way (eligibility must be verified)
• Limited Paid Positions: Competitive placements offering valuable training and supervision
