About the role
We are seeking a strategic social media leader with 6-8 years of experience in developing and implementing social media programs for brands within an agency. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of publishing content across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, and Twitter. They must also possess a data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting metrics, optimizing campaigns, drawing conclusions, and communicating successes to both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, they should have a deep understanding of paid media and the ability to strategically optimize content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Manage diverse social initiatives that support business goals and objectives.
- Interpret and analyze metrics to optimize campaigns and communicate wins to key stakeholders.
- Optimize content strategy based on performance data and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between social media efforts and overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience developing and implementing social media programs for brands within an agency.
- In-depth knowledge of publishing content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, and Twitter.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics, optimize campaigns, draw conclusions, and communicate wins to key stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of paid media and the ability to strategically optimize content.
- Ability to work in the office 4 days a week.
