This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paid Social Specialist (Contract Basis) based in United States. This is a hands-on paid social role focused on executing and optimizing B2B campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta. You’ll translate approved briefs and audience strategies into well-structured, measurable, and high-performing campaigns. The role spans full-funnel acquisition, account-based marketing, regional programs, retargeting, and brand awareness initiatives. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day optimization, campaign testing, audience management, creative rotation, and measurement hygiene. Success will be measured by downstream pipeline impact and business outcomes rather than surface-level platform activity. You’ll work with growth marketing and cross-functional teams while operating with significant autonomy and clear priorities. This six-month contract is ideal for a performance-minded paid social specialist who enjoys execution, experimentation, and data-driven optimization. Accountabilities Build, restructure, launch, and maintain full-funnel LinkedIn campaigns across upper-, mid-, and lower-funnel stages.Deploy account-based and contact-level audience lists, including appropriate customer and active-pipeline exclusions.Manage Sponsored Messages, Document Ads, single-image campaigns, and other relevant paid social formats.Establish and maintain a weekly optimization cadence covering bids, budgets, audiences, creative rotation, CPMs, and overall campaign efficiency.Execute Meta mid-funnel retargeting and account-based campaigns.Design and run in-platform experiments across audiences, formats, bidding strategies, and funnel structures.Manage full-funnel LinkedIn campaigns across EMEA markets, including the UK and Ireland, DACH, and France, based on approved regional strategies.Maintain distinct EMEA campaign structures and reporting while keeping regional activity properly separated from core-market programs.Own brand campaign execution and monthly optimization across LinkedIn and Meta, measuring performance through reach, frequency, and brand-lift indicators.Execute partner co-marketing and account-based paid social programs, including audience activation, campaign QA, and launch checks.Own UTM construction and quality assurance for every campaign, following established tracking and naming conventions.Monitor campaign performance against MQL and Sales Accepted Opportunity pipeline metrics using Salesforce and Tableau or comparable BI tools.Investigate performance anomalies and provide actionable diagnoses rather than simply reporting metrics. Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ideally managing B2B enterprise programs at meaningful scale.Strong understanding of full-funnel LinkedIn campaign structures, matched audiences, contact-level list uploads, exclusion logic, and a broad range of advertising formats.Working knowledge of Meta for B2B retargeting and account-based targeting.Experience being measured against CRM-sourced pipeline outcomes rather than platform-level conversion metrics.Comfortable working with Salesforce and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.Strong understanding of campaign tracking, including UTM structures, naming conventions, campaign hierarchies, and measurement hygiene.Experience managing multi-region paid social programs where regional performance is separately structured and measured.Ability to work independently, take ownership of execution, and operate effectively without constant supervision.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect campaign performance to downstream business outcomes.Experience with list-building or data-enrichment tools such as Clay is a plus.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot is a plus.Experience with account-based marketing programs is preferred.Agency experience managing enterprise B2B social advertising budgets is an advantage.
