About the role
The Paid Search Specialist position at Youtech is a full-time, in-house role requiring on-site presence Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Experience with Google and Microsoft Ads platforms, including Google Keyword Tool, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Search Console, to drive campaign success.
- Craft and implement effective local and long-tail search strategies to enhance ad performance.
- Conduct comprehensive post-campaign analysis to assess performance and ROI.
- Generate and present detailed reports on client search performance to the business development team and senior management.
- Continuously refine and optimize keyword lists, ad copy, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Develop innovative paid search strategies for new and existing clients to achieve their marketing objectives.
- Work with all aspects of Google Ads, including automation, conversion tracking, callouts, e-commerce, and bidding optimization, to maximize campaign impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, advertising, or PPC account management, with proficiency in both search and display networks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with precise attention to detail.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.
- Proficient in communicating through various channels, including phone, email, webinars, and in-person meetings.
- Ability to quickly adapt to evolving industry changes and new challenges.
- Advanced experience budgeting and optimizing PPC campaigns.
