Paid Search Manager
About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Paid Search Manager to lead our SEM and CPC strategy across major platforms, driving acquisition and engagement for our streaming services.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $108,000 - $121,000 base annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage high-performing paid search campaigns with large budgets across Google Ads, Bing, and other major platforms.
- Forecast, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve cost-efficiency and growth goals at scale.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing and brand initiatives.
- Manage agency relationships and/or internal team members to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Stay on the cutting edge of SEM best practices, testing frameworks, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Present campaign performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SEM/CPC management experience in a high-growth or performance-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and performance tracking/analytics tools.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience managing teams or external agencies with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for the streaming or digital entertainment industry and the excitement of a startup environment.
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
- Experience with PPC management tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and AdWords.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Schedule
Roku offers a hybrid work approach where teams generally work in the office Monday through Thursday, and Fridays are generally flexible for remote work, except for employees whose specific roles or assigned office location require five days' a week attendance.
