As a dynamic and results-oriented media professional, you will drive the operational execution of paid media strategies across various channels. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in paid search and social media to influence marketing outcomes, innovate with data-driven insights, and contribute to the overall success of marketing initiatives. Your work will ensure the client’s messages reach the right audiences effectively, helping to achieve critical business objectives and maintain their position as an industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and optimization of digital, social, and traditional media strategies, including the potential to develop moderately complex single-channel media strategies.
• Collaborate with the Media Team to translate business intelligence and internal client objectives, guiding media agencies effectively.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define parameters for developing robust media strategies.
• Socialize media recommendations, clearly articulating the rationale and demonstrating how strategies meet business objectives and adhere to best practices.
• Ensure media plans are implemented correctly and in a timely manner.
• Assist in the meticulous management of budget plans.
• Serve as a valuable resource to team members on routine matters.
• Apply foundational knowledge of social and digital marketing principles to everyday tasks.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with agencies to ensure goal alignment and prioritization.
• Utilize a moderate understanding of analytics and measurement tools/techniques to test and optimize performance against objectives.
• Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 4 or more years of experience in a marketing, sales, advertising, and/or communications function.
• At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: social marketing, digital marketing, website merchandising, search marketing, mobile marketing, or digital campaign management.
• Solid foundational knowledge of the digital or social marketing industry and its practices.
• Experience influencing business decisions.
• Experience facilitating and/or participating in cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient knowledge of the impact of social marketing on an omni-channel experience.

Skills

• Experience in navigating and executing within major search buying platforms and leading social buying platforms (preferred).
• Experience with industry-standard web analytics tools (preferred).
• Demonstrated success in developing search and social tactical strategies in alignment with business goals, preferably across complex service products (preferred).
• Understanding of marketing attribution and measurement methodologies in relation to testing within paid search (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail (preferred).
• Experience in Agile working environments (preferred).
