Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls as needed and perform services following SERVPRO® production guidelines.
• Communicate with the crew chief to ensure all customer needs are met.
• Support crew chief and other production personnel.
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging areas.
• Leave job sites clean and orderly after completing work.
• Perform production processes per work order and crew chief directions.
• Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and technicians regarding customer needs.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
• Follow safety and risk management guidelines on job sites, in the office, and while traveling.
• Work on-call shifts (24/7 for a week at a time, several weeks per month).

Requirements

• Possess a current and valid Driver’s license.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour. Starting rate is determined by prior work experience and skills development, assessed during the application process.
