Paid Media Strategist (Remote US)

This system guides your ICP across every decision point, spanning Paid Media, Content Marketing, PR, Paid Social, Marketplace, and Lifecycle Marketing.
The Paid Strategist is a client-facing role responsible for day-to-day deliverables, custom strategy creation, and execution of Paid Media campaigns. You’ll build high-performing strategies for B2B businesses in Technology, Industrial, and Services markets while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a portfolio of Paid Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Coordinate weekly with vendors or operational partners to align on tasks, work quality, and process improvements
- Drive referrals through client relationships and professional network
- Develop quarterly strategies for clients
- Create, maintain, and optimize paid media budgets across multiple channels
- Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm accurate lead routing within CRM systems
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Manage personal productivity and utilization
- Work directly with Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are met
- Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience at a performance or digital marketing agency
- Experience working with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting
- Deep expertise in paid search and paid social advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Proficiency in advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms
- Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling
- Competitive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset
- Commitment to staying ahead of industry trends, including AI and automation
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for quality and innovation in advertising
- Willingness to travel to client sites approximately once per year per client, or as needed

Pay
The annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $70,000–$95,000 USD, with potential for bonus eligibility. Actual salary may vary based on skills and experience.

Schedule
This is a remote-first role with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. (or in our Irvine, CA office). Collaboration is primarily virtual via Zoom and Slack. Occasional travel to client sites is required (approximately once per year per client).
