About the role

We are QRY, a media-buying agency specializing in scaling retail brands through sophisticated data analytics and a full-funnel marketing strategy. Our team values candor, curiosity, and results, and we are seeking a Paid Media Strategist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, book, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit) for 6-8 clients.
  • Strategize and implement A/B experiments to test audiences, creative, landing pages, offers, etc.
  • Facilitate campaign implementation, including asset collecting and trafficking.
  • Manage monthly reporting and strategy sessions with clients, owning overall communication for all channel initiatives.
  • Scope, develop, and manage channel initiatives to consistently hit goals for channels across all clients.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and recommend pivots to increase channel performance.
  • Present reports to clients, highlighting performance, impact on the client's business, and recommended next steps.
  • Complete monthly forecasts for respective channels based on budget and/or revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with other media and creative agency team members to ensure creative specifications are met.
  • Identify and execute cross-channel strategies/collaborations to improve performance.
  • Communicate with clients on ad hoc issues and proactively offer solutions.
  • Hit agreed KPI targets for channels (MER/ROAS, CAC/LTV, revenue, efficiency) within budget and platform guardrails.
  • Run a disciplined test program with documented hypotheses, win rate, rollout decisions, and measurable lift.
  • Run accurate forecasts on a monthly basis and tie expectations to realistic assumptions.
  • Deliver decks, reports, and campaign launches with low error rates related to QA or data.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of successful hands-on paid media management experience in an agency environment.
  • Experience leading and managing large media budgets for retail and e-commerce brands.
  • Hands-on experience across paid media platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit.
  • Experience with programmatic display advertising (preferred).
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, science, or a related field (ideally).
  • An analytical mindset with experience turning complex data into actionable plans.
  • Experience with platform-native reporting, GA4, and Looker Studio.
  • Top-notch communication skills, able to communicate with senior stakeholders effectively and efficiently.
  • Hands-on experimentation experience, including running A/B tests on audiences, creative, landing pages, or offers.
  • Remote work environment understanding, respecting digital etiquette, and ensuring smooth virtual collaboration.
