For our client, we are seeking a Paid Media Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own paid media strategy and execution across core digital channels, with a strong focus on driving qualified demand and measurable revenue impact. The position will partner closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to translate business goals into optimized campaigns, rigorous testing, and clear performance reporting. Success in this role will require strong analytical judgment, disciplined budget management, and a deep understanding of the full conversion journey. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Own and develop paid media strategy across key platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta/Instagram Translate revenue goals into actionable paid media plans with clear milestones and success metrics Manage end-to-end campaign processes, with a focus on optimization and budget management Monitor budget pacing, identify risks, and reallocate spend based on performance evidence Design and execute structured experimentation to optimize paid media performance Evaluate the full conversion journey and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and results Build performance reports linking spend and channel outcomes to revenue metrics Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn; Meta/Instagram experience preferred Proven ownership of a paid media program, including strategy and execution Deep understanding of paid search fundamentals and LinkedIn paid social best practices Ability to connect media performance with sales outcomes, from qualified leads to revenue Skilled in designing structured experiments and translating findings into actionable decisions Experience with data governance and marketing automation tools, including HubSpot and Salesforce preferred Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex data clearly Benefits 100% coverage for employee health, dental, and vision insurance; 80% coverage for employee plus dependents FSA and HSA accounts available for flexible spending Generous time off, including 20 vacation days, 5 sick days, 11 holidays, and 1 floating holiday 401(k) plan with matching contributions Company-paid disability and life insurance 12 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers; 6 weeks for secondary caregivers Annual professional development stipend and a home office stipend Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
