  • Follow campaign build checklists and SOPs to ensure accurate, error-free launches.
  • Traffic and QA ads before launch, verifying targeting, tracking and UTMs, and creative rendering across placements.
  • Manage the intake, logging, and organization of new creative assets across paid media channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly against established KPIs, identifying and flagging performance anomalies.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with internal teams and platform partners to stay current on platform changes, best practices, and new opportunities.
  • Support recurring performance reporting for the paid media team and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 0–1 years of professional experience; relevant internships, coursework, or hands-on experience are a plus, but not required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with comfort working with numbers and large data sets.
  • Eagerness to learn paid media platforms, reporting tools, and new software quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed processes and SOPs with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and keep projects moving.
  • Ability to take initial direction and develop into a confident, independent working style.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the professionalism to work effectively with internal stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information, along with an interest in or familiarity with the political and editorial news landscape.
