About the role
Fast Track is hiring through Hosco in Minneapolis. The Fast Track J-1 Intern & Trainee Program is administered by the U.S. Department of State with the goal of allowing foreigners to come to the United States to gain exposure to U.S. culture and to train in their occupational field. Fast Track USA by Hosco, powered by ITN & Odyssey programs can last a maximum of 12 months. Participants will have the opportunity to work with esteemed luxury hospitality brands such as Montage, Pendry, Marriott, Marcus, Hyatt, Accor, Four Seasons, The Ritz Carlton and many others, gaining world‑class mentorship and training in a luxury hospitality environment. Program fees start at 2,765 USD and increase depending on the length of stay and services included; financing options are available.
Responsibilities
- Food & Beverage (F&B): Rotate through various outlets on property to experience most areas of the F&B department in a luxury resort setting.
- Culinary Arts: Engage in comprehensive training across diverse facets of culinary arts within a professional kitchen environment, focusing on skill development, creativity, and kitchen operations across various culinary settings.
- Rooms Division: Gain hands‑on experience in front desk management, reservation systems, and housekeeping, contributing to exceptional guest experiences and learning hotel operations.
Requirements
Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
