Paid Expert Call ($150/hour): Head of Recruiting

About This Opportunity

Ethos is a leading network of professionals, connecting experts to paid opportunities. We're currently researching the dynamics between in-house recruiting teams and external recruiters, and we're looking for experienced in-house recruiters to share their insights.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 20-30 minute expert call where we'll explore your experiences partnering with external recruiters or recruiting agencies.
• Understand the motivations behind these partnerships.
• Describe the day-to-day operational processes involved in these collaborations.
• Discuss the commercial agreement structures you've been part of.
• Share your overall satisfaction with these collaborations.

Requirements

• Currently (or within the last 12 months) an in-house recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or talent leader employed directly by a company — not an agency.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition (preferred).
• Works at a fast-growing technology company — preferably scaling headcount, recently funded, or hiring at high volume.
• Has actively worked with external recruiters or recruiting agencies in the last 12 months (referral/paid partnerships with third-party recruiters — not just an internal employee-referral program).
• Has direct input into which external recruiters/agencies get used or how those agreements are structured.
