Paid Digital Manager

Rise Up Selects · Salt Lake City, UT · 2 wk ago
On-siteMarketing$55k–$85k/yrFull-time

About the role

Rise Up Selects is an independently owned, full-service live entertainment production and marketing company. We produce our own festivals and concerts, and we provide end-to-end marketing, production, and festival services to promoters and event owners across the country. Our work spans talent buying, marketing strategy, digital advertising, ticketing, event production, sponsorship development, and food and beverage programming. Whether we're building our own signature experiences or partnering with fellow promoters, we bring the same dedication to excellence and attention to detail that has defined our success. We are a team that lives and breathes live music. We possess the drive, tenacity, character, and accountability to get things done daily, operating independently with authority and executing together toward a common goal.

The Paid Digital Manager builds and runs paid advertising campaigns across the Rise Up Selects portfolio — our own festivals and concerts, and the client events we market under service agreements. This is a hands‑on role. You will be in the ad accounts daily, building campaigns, managing budgets, watching performance, and adjusting to protect the sales curve. You will own results on the events assigned to you and be accountable for the return those campaigns deliver. The work moves fast and runs wide. In any given month you may be driving a reggae festival in Florida, a rock show in Salt Lake, and a country festival for an outside client, each with a different audience and a different curve.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, StackAdapt, X, and other relevant platforms
  • Develop media plans that align budget, audience, creative, and flighting against ticket sales goals and on‑sale timing
  • Build and maintain target audiences, lookalike models, and retargeting pools across established and new markets
  • Manage budget pacing against approved plans, flagging variance early and reallocating to protect performance
  • Coordinate the full campaign process including audiences, assets, copy, tracking, and deployment
  • Partner with the marketing team on creative direction for paid assets, ensuring what runs matches the brand
