Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (or meet state requirements)
  • Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities During Training

  • Learn the fundamentals of resident care
