About the role
The PAI Coordinator at Lifepoint Rehabilitation is a key member of the interdisciplinary team, responsible for overseeing quality, ensuring compliance with CMS documentation standards, and managing the submission of required data to CMS.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of the IRF-PAI completion with the interdisciplinary team, gathering and inputting data, and transmitting data to Medicare.
- Aiding in the education of staff regarding PPS and FIMS/Quality Indicators (QIs).
- Monitoring and managing CMS compliance.
- Routine internal contacts include all clinical members of the interdisciplinary team.
- External contacts are employees of the client facility.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an OT, PT, RN, SLP, or LCSW.
Qualifications

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-Time (40 hours per week & non-exempt) | Daylight, 8 AM - 4:30 PM + typically no weekends + no holidays & no travel.
