Responsibilities
- Inspect parts visually for defects.
- Use Ohm to ensure collars meet quality standards.
- Trim parts as needed.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Report all product and machine problems to Technicians or Lead.
- Report parts that may need to be scrapped to the Lead or QC Technician for confirmation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to read and follow specifications to mold required parts.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Ability to work with minimum direction.
- Ability to identify different materials and products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
Working Conditions
- Exposure to machine noise.
- Typical office/factory environment with possible exposure to heat in the production area.
- Normal conditions for a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Work may involve lifting materials and products up to 50 pounds and working near heavy equipment.
- Requires the use of safety equipment, including eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and work boots.
- May require walking in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
