Role: PACU Manager overseeing the post-anesthesia care unit within an advanced neurological program. Responsibilities Supervise daily clinical operations, staffing, and patient flow to ensure safe, timely recovery post-surgery.Mentor and lead RN staff, fostering professional development and a collaborative team environment.Manage budgets and monitor quality metrics to uphold high standards of care.Coordinate with anesthesia and surgical teams to ensure seamless patient care.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote evidence-based, patient-centered practices.Drive continuous improvement and uphold excellence in a high-acuity, fast-paced setting.
