Seeking a Nurse Manager to provide leadership in patient rehabilitation care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff
- Ensure completion of patient care activities
- Assign personnel
- Identify training needs
- Celebrate patient progress
Requirements
- Current RN license
- BLS certification (ACLS within one year)
- CRRN certification (within a year of eligibility)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Five years of nursing experience with two recent in inpatient settings
- Previous leadership experience such as charge nurse or lead roles
