Packout Attendant - 6am-2:30pm

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product
• Assist with machine operation including but not limited to cleaning, and operation tear down of packout line and 704 washer
• Set up, adjust, monitor and perform general operating maintenance on lines
• Document and record when work is completed
• Proper documentation of all operating lines, collect line sampling on all equipment during production
• Perform pre-op inspections and titrate lines during sanitation
• Perform all sanitation per requirements
• Conduct aseptic cheese sampling
• Inspect trays for breakage and remove from line as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and understand instructions
• Proficient in use of the computer
• Solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills
• Follow good sanitation and housekeeping practices
• Compliance with food safety policies
• Follow GMPs and SOPs
• Ability to manipulate, lift and position heavy equipment
• Able to bend, stoop, kneel and crawl, occasionally climb steps and safety ladders, continuous walking and standing
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Requires regular attendance

Pay

Starting wage: $26.15 per hour
