Responsibilities

• Opportunities for general help supporting our mill and fabrication departments
• Follow instructions to safely operate machinery to fabricate carbon steel tubing for customers
• Perform routine quality checks
• Understand and follow detailed instructions
• Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Perform physical tasks in a fast-paced production environment
• Comprehend documents such as safety rules and work instructions
• Walk and stand for extended periods and operate power equipment

• Experience as a general laborer or operator in a manufacturing setting
• Commitment to working safely
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow directions
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Goal-oriented, forward-thinking, and willingness to learn
• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills preferred
• Ability to operate hand-held tools and equipment; proficient at reading a tape measure a plus
